Baking, Culinary, Esthetics, Hairstyling, Mixology, Skincare and Body Treatment, and Sommelier labs, among others, allow Culinary and Hospitality students to build confidence in practicing skills in real-world environments. Restaurant International, Savoir Fare and the AC Salon, Spa and Boutique provide students with the opportunity to apply and reinforce learning outcomes, working with clients and practicing skills in full-service operational settings.
Restaurant International is a hands-on learning laboratory that provides delicious food for the public with menus, food preparation and dining services facilitated by students in our culinary and hospitality programs.
